Thank you for loving me even when I'm down. Thank you for the encouraging texts and messages and comments. My heart is full! I have that "my heart is going to burst out of my chest and melt into a puddle of love juice on the floor" feeling. God gives us friends because of moments like these. Just know, you are never alone. I know that. I get reminded of that every day. There is someone there who may not be going through EXACTLY what you're going through, but they are willing to feel for you and feel with you. Isn't that something? Feeling with something. That's empathy, right there. So thank you, friends. I love you. I really do. Thank you for feeling with me.

Hey all. I have a professor who starts every email to the class with "Hey all," it makes me cringe. Hey all? How about HEY EVERYBODY OR HI ALL YOU COOL CATS OR HEY SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS.

And those above sentences are why I will never make it far in the professional world.

Anyway, I was productive this Friday. I did homework at school and the only reason I stopped was for work and to write this, of course. I'm pretty darn proud of myself. Happy of myself. All of the above. This weekend, I plan on eating at a sit down restaurant. I plan on going to the museum and I plan on taking pictures of myself in clothes, because I'm into trying new things. Friday Favorites // Long time no see

No but really. How long has it been since I've done a Favorites post? Yeah. Too long. Just a mini update before I get to the beautiful and entertaining things from the internet. Tyler's surgery went well. My mom was in town. She's the ultimate favorite of the week. She left this morning and I bawled my eyes out. Boy, I love her. But I love Tyler too and I can handle this. I can do it. This morning was no good though. He was in so much pain. Poor thing. I said on Twitter: "You don't know what helplessness is until you see your husband in excruciating pain and you can't do anything to help him." Or something like that. We're okay though. We keep on keeping on.

Well I made it so I would leave early and get there early. Maybe just maybe they would take me in early. My mom said I shouldn't push it, but I'm so glad I did. I was in and out in 5 MINUTES! Boo-yah. That's all. Just boo-yah. Christmas miracle, I tell you.

I'm writing this on my work break...on a desktop keyboard. Man, it's awesome. The keys click ever so nicely. Nicer than my laptop keyboard, that's just soft clicks, these are clacky, intense, what I'm writing is really important clicks. Rad, I say. So here are some favorites. My inspiration is flowing. For young high school kids on sports teams that go door to door selling those silly little coupon books that are like too overpriced but always seem like the best deal. Yeah. I'm the biggest sucker, but actually I bought one for 10 bucks yesterday and let me tell you...it already paid itself off in Pretzels and Sub Zero ice cream. Oh dear, Friday's here again. The weeks fly by. The days roll on, and here we are another weekend. It's refreshing and welcomed, but I'm seriously loving the Spring and I want it to last forever. Come on, Spring don't go so fast. Stay a while. Pull up a chair, sip some lemonade, let's be friends. 

Tyler and I went on  a hike yesterday with some friends. There was a moment where the clouds and the sky were like this picture. The mountains were bordering them ever so beautifully. Nature is killer, man.

Well, not really. We don't have a Spring Break at the Y...but we are in-between terms and I'm only working in the Spring and Summer so I might as well get my Spring break on. Tonight, Ty and I are hitting up a graduation party BBQ. Then this weekend will probably consist of long-awaited SLAB pizza and the Aquarium (eek!). What are you up to?

What are your plans this weekend? Tyler and I have lots of homework, but we have a movie night, dinner, and some fun errands planned. The lives of married college students. Soooo radical. To be honest, we'll probably watch Friday Night Lights while folding laundry. That's the solid truth. No shame. No shame.
